How do we re-turn and re-member nature in our bodies?

First, we release old habits in the body—like tension, uneven breathing, or tightness—that can hold us back from connecting with ourselves and nature. These patterns tell stories from our past. By observing sensations, exploring movement, and interacting with nature, we create a new sense of balance and flow that mirrors the rhythms of the Earth.

We combine ancient practices like yoga with modern somatic techniques to help you feel more connected to your body. Through slow breathing, small movements, and pauses, we relieve tension and build a stronger mind-body connection. We also incorporate contact improvisation, a practice that explores movement and connection through touch and shared space.

At its core, this practice is about being present—listening to your body and rediscovering your connection to nature through intuitive movement. By paying attention to small details, we uncover a deeper awareness of ourselves and the world around us.

This approach is inspired by free movement, deep listening, and other practices that focus on reconnecting with the moment. I honor the Indigenous cultures whose wisdom has long guided harmony between humans and the Earth.
