Every season we witness a transition in the garden of our bodies.
From winter to spring, spring to summer, summer to fall. Our bodies are remembering and we are listening.
The garden is a representation of our bodies, and the city is our mind. This garden is here to teach us to witness the distractions of our thoughts and then to accept them as a part of our experience by connecting to our bodies.
This is a meditation practice in the middle of a busy city. We offer a place to step into the unknown and to observe what it feels like to move and tune into our senses.
Together we explore the unknown empty space where we are reborn and forget who we are so we can remember where we come from.
We invite you to take part in this experience by asking you to leave all expectations and preconceived ideas at the gate, and enter with an openness to receive the subtle messages of the body of the garden.
A huge thank you to the organisers and keepers of Aurora Klimakert , a permaculture wonderland in the heart of Budapest where this practice was born and nurtured <3
