In this practice we are tuning into the season of our bodies through the 5 principles, also known as panchatattvas / pancha mahabhutas in Sanskrit, meaning five (pancha) supreme material elements (tattva/maha bhuta) which consist of: earth, fire, water, air, and space

In each season we allow these elements to become our teachers, offering us wisdom of nature and helping us remember to come home to our bodies.

The goal is to create a more holistic practice that combines methods of somatic awareness with yoga poses that support the body and invite an opportunity for self-exploration. The sequences are slow and rhythmic using a trauma-informed approach.

By diving into deeper awareness we aren't just placing our body in a pose but instead we give space to witness the transition between poses and the sensations that arise from that space...the space that contains our fullest embodiment of ourselves.

Join us in...

- learning how to give space and time for our bodies to express itself with the mind as a witness.

- harmonising our hearts and minds to regulate the nervous system

- becoming a witness to our bodies moving through the 5 elements and how to apply them to our practice and everyday life

This is for anyone who is curious about deepening their practice or beginners who are looking for a slow mindful practice. The intention is that we create a nurturing space together to explore and reconnect to the nature within us.

Stay tuned for upcoming projects collaborating with wonderful humans :)

All bodies welcome
