WELCOME TO

BE DANCED ECO-SOMATICS

Be Danced EcoSomatics is a movement practice that explores the connection between our bodies and the natural world. Through guided yoga and movement classes, we help you reconnect with your body, the Earth, and each other. Our approach focuses on understanding how we are part of the larger ecosystem, encouraging a deeper sense of harmony and balance with the world around us.

Here, we let the mind observe as the heart moves. Through this, we explore the body as a reflection of nature, deepening our connection to life.

"The body remembers, the bones remember, the joints remember, even the little finger remembers. Memory is lodged in pictures and feelings in the cells themselves. Like a sponge filled with water, anywhere the flesh is pressed, wrung, even touched lightly, a memory may flow out in a stream.”

- Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Women Who Run With the Wolves

What the community is saying...

"...an organic mixture of Hatha yoga postures and somatic body movement, which guide me into deeper spheres of my body and soul. Each class is designed in a unique style, which offers a variety of ways to explore my body. Her calm and grounded being is creating a safe space, where I can leave my eyes closed and follow her soft voice guiding me throughout the class...I can recommend her classes to anyone, who is interested in a creative way to explore the rhythm of my own body."
